David Carpenter
David Carpenter is a leading figure in the adventure travel world and the former founder of one of the UK’s most successful trekking companies. Over the past decade, he has travelled extensively across the globe, creating life-changing experiences for thousands of adventurers.
A lifelong mountain biker, trekker, and skier, Dave has led multiple expeditions to Everest Base Camp and summited iconic peaks including Mount Kilimanjaro, Mount Toubkal, and Mount Olympus. His adventures have taken him deep into the remote mountains of Peru, to the ancient wonder of Machu Picchu, and into the heart of the Amazon Rainforest.
Closer to home, there are few hills in the UK Dave hasn’t climbed, reflecting a lifetime spent exploring the outdoors at every scale.
Through Yeti Adventures, Dave brings together all of this experience, knowledge, and passion with a clear mission: to create experience-led adventures that go beyond the obvious. Trips that immerse you in culture, challenge you in the right ways, and are delivered by a company that genuinely cares about you and your journey.
Lee Sutcliffe
Lee Sutcliffe is a lifelong winter mountain sports enthusiast, mountain biker, and adventurer, with years spent exploring the Alps and mountain ranges across Europe.
From ski touring and splitboarding to cross-country exploration and riding technical trails on two wheels, Lee’s experience in the outdoors is built on a deep passion for movement in the mountains and a relentless drive to push further. His extensive time in alpine regions has given him a true understanding of both the technical and experiential sides of mountain travel.
Alongside his outdoor pursuits, Lee has built a long and successful career in financial services. This gives him the ability to operate seamlessly between the world of adventure and the practical realities behind it, ensuring every Yeti Adventures experience is not only inspiring, but also structured, secure, and delivered to the highest standard.
Lee plays a key role in shaping journeys that are both ambitious and accessible, combining expert knowledge with a grounded, detail-driven approach that ensures every trip runs exactly as it should.

Liv is the driving force behind the smooth running of Yeti Adventures, bringing structure, focus, and an unwavering attention to detail that keeps everything on track.
With a long and successful career in financial services and customer experience, Liv ensures that every part of the journey, from first enquiry to returning home, is handled with care, precision, and professionalism. She is the one making sure nothing slips, everything works, and every customer feels supported at every stage.
Outside of work, Liv is passionate about fitness and the outdoors, regularly taking on new challenges and competing in CrossFit in her spare time. She brings that same discipline, energy, and high standards into the business every day.
