Is My Payment Secure?
Yes. All payments are processed through WeTravel using secure, encrypted systems. Your personal and payment details are protected at all times. Your booking is always with Yeti Adventures.
Who Runs the Trips on the Ground?
We work with carefully selected local partners who are fully vetted by us and operate as part of the Yeti Adventures team.This gives you the perfect balance of local expertise, the highest standards of safety, and a true sense of adventure.
Who Is Responsible for My Trip?
Yeti Adventures is fully responsible for your trip from start to finish, even though we work with trusted local partners.
When Do I Need to Pay?
- Deposit to secure your place
- Full balance due 12 weeks before departure
- Booking within 12 weeks? Full payment required
What If I Need to Cancel?
- More than 12 weeks: We retain your deposit
- 12 weeks to 5 weeks: We retain 50% of your trip cost
- Less than 5 weeks: We retain 100% of your trip cost
Travel insurance is mandatory, and we strongly recommend arranging your cover as soon as you book so you’re fully protected from the outset.

Why Do You Use WeTravel?
WeTravel allows us to provide a smooth, secure, and well-organised booking experience, with clear trip details and easy payment options. It allows us to focus on delivering high-quality adventure experiences while ensuring your booking process is reliable and secure.
Can I Make Changes to My Booking?
Yes, we will always try to assist where possible.
Changes must be requested in writing, and an administration fee and any additional supplier costs may apply.
Do You Ever Make Exceptions to Your Policies?
While our Booking Conditions set out our standard terms, we understand that every situation is different.
We aim to be fair and may make decisions outside of these terms in exceptional circumstances.
What If Something Goes Wrong?
If something is not right during your trip, please inform your guide as soon as possible so we can resolve it quickly.
If the issue is not resolved, you can contact us after your trip. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 5 working days and provide a full response within 8 weeks. All complaints are reviewed fairly and without bias.

Adventure travel can involve challenging conditions, remote environments, and occasional changes to plans.
Weather and local conditions may require adjustments to ensure safety and the best possible experience.
We encourage you to push your boundaries and embrace the experience, while always acting safely and within your limits. Being flexible and prepared to adapt will help you get the most from your trip.
Will I Appear in Photos or Videos?
Photos and videos may be taken during trips and used for marketing purposes.
If you would prefer not to be included, please inform your guide at the start of your trip and we will respect your wishes.
